I am 100% Italian and a food lover.
I was born in Lucca and grew up in a very small village in the countryside, surrounded by farms, olive groves, aromatic plants and vineyards. This very much influenced my love for food, cooking and style.
I have been cooking since childhood with my grandmother and my passion for traditional cuisine has only intensified over the years, with particular memories of my childhood growing up in the countryside and producing our own wine and olive oil.
I love to share all of this with other food enthusiasts and it is my hope that you will be inspired by my recipes and stories!
To travel to new countries and experience other cultures is such a wonderful thing to experience. I believe the ultimate memory you can take home with you, is the possibility to recreate the tastes and flavors that will remind you of the places you have visited for many years to come.
